First, gently push out the laser cut wooden pieces (there are a total of 34 individuals pieces) - all can be easily popped out and removed without using any tool. The illustrated guide provides a clear step-by-step instructions on how to assemble the motorcycle. It was really fun to see how these plywood pieces came together to form a dashing bike. Simply insert and connect the pieces together in sequence - from the main frame, wheels, handlebars, footrest, saddled seat, fender, and more. The entire process took us around 30 minutes to complete - it’s a delightful project, not too difficult to execute, stress-free, yet satisfying at the same time!
