Who would love this:  Anyone who enjoys a cute dexterity / balance game

Wombat Poo by Joey Games - a cute game that’s impossible not to love. Designed by Phil Walker-Harding, everyone’s favourite designer of the classic Sushi Go - This is a dexterity, push-your-luck game about… (wait for it)… wombat poo. Yes, really.

Why I love ❤️ it:

(1) Easy To Learn, Fun To Play

Simple idea, endless laughs! This is my kind of game and such a cute game to play with the kids. It’s super easy to learn, instantly fun to play. You’re a bunch of wombats building a tower of poo cubes together (already amazing). Setup is quick—place the ground card, shuffle tower cards face-down, and each player grabs a poo/wipe card and sets their score marker to zero. On your turn, you either POO (flip a card and stack a cube (or two) as shown) or WIPE (lock in your points based on the current tower). Push your luck and aim for that 40-point victory… or risk everything and watch it all come crashing down. A round ends when the tower falls or everyone has wiped. Highest score wins!

(2) Sneaky Layer Of Decision-Making

Beneath the silliness is a sneaky layer of decision-making. Do you keep stacking and risk disaster, or play it safe and wipe early? Every move feels like a tiny gamble. Knock a few cubes off? That’s -2 points. Wipe? You score 1 point per cube and sit out the rest of the round. But if the whole tower collapses… zero points. Brutal. Hilarious. Perfect.

(3) Educational Wombat Facts

My favourite part of this game - it’s weirdly educational. The entire game is based on real wombat facts, which makes it even better. Wombats actually produce cube-shaped poo (science is wild). They’re adorable burrowing marsupials that can run up to 40 km/h, and they stack their cube droppings to mark territory. The best part? Joey Games donates 1% of profits to The Wombat Foundation to help protect the critically endangered northern hairy-nosed wombat. Fun AND meaningful.

(4) Environmental Friendly Materials

Lastly - I love the thoughtful components. True to Joey Games’ mission, everything is designed with sustainability in mind. You get a 100% compostable storage bag, FSC-certified materials, wooden cubes and score markers - AND - zero plastic shrink wrap. It’s compact, eco-friendly, and perfect for travel.
